So, this should have happened. This should have happened so much.
I’m actually crying. This would have been such a strong ending, full of hope and potential.
This is my headcanon, right here.
I’m not crying, if anything this makes me so happy (if only because I subscribe to Fanon Discontinuity in my own mind that that part in the finale never happened, even if my fics bow to it at times) and this is such a great headcanon! Let’s all believe it. (And then force Bryke to bring Tarrlok back for a redemption arc, OR ELSE!)

Even if the mother’s mind is not him….He still loves mother and hope that one day the mother will once again give him a warm smile.
My thought:
Sincen Noatak is away from home,his family fell a very deep depression…
But he did not therefore degenerate,opposite he was working and studying very hard.
Perhaps he has the mental anguish (from mother), he is not discouraged.
Tarrlok’s jerk smile is a symbol of a strong!
I love a jerk character who always love his mother and has a strong Heart.
